For as little as $39, you could put a smile on the face of a little one with cancer by supporting The Buddy Box.
The Buddy Box is a fun and interactive gift box designed to support children undergoing cancer treatment. Filled with items such as water bottles to stay hydrated during treatment, cosy bed socks for overnight hospital stays, and games and toys, each item has been carefully selected to help take little minds off gruelling therapy rounds.
Produced in consultation with children’s hospitals and cancer treatment centres across Australia, not only will your generosity brighten a young cancer patients’ day, all profits will be invested back into lifesaving cancer research in the hope that future generations can live in a world where cancer no longer poses a threat.

Since we launched the product in October we have been able to deliver 311 boxes to sick children across Australia.
I’m delighted to come on board as an ambassador for Cure Cancer and The Buddy Box. As a mum of four, I know that childhood cancer is every parent’s worst nightmare. Three children die every week from cancer here in Australia, and the only way we can change that is by supporting lifesaving cancer research.
The Buddy Box is a wonderful initiative that has a double benefit - it helps to put a smile on the faces of young cancer patients undergoing gruelling treatment and all profits raised are invested directly back into pioneering cancer research by early-career researchers.
I know I’m not alone in hoping that we can all one day live in a world where cancer no longer poses a threat, and by supporting initiatives like The Buddy Box, we are edging closer and closer to that reality.
Founded by cancer survivor Lisa Greissl, The Big Hug Box was launched in 2018 as a way to show cancer patients you care at a time when words often won’t do.
Following the success of the original box and in collaboration with charity beneficiary partner Cure Cancer, Lisa has now created The Buddy Box to support children and families on their cancer journeys.
