Vegie Delights Summer Sausage Sandwich
Ingredients

1 packet Vegie Delights Vegie Sausages
-
1 tbs reduced fat mayonnaise
-
2 tsp seeded mustard
-
6 wholemeal/multigrain bread rolls, sliced down the middle

¹⁄4 cup (60ml) tomato chutney

1 cup rocket leaves
Method
STEP 1: Heat a frypan or BBQ on high heat and cook Vegie Delights Vegie Sausages for 5 minutes, turning frequently for even cooking.
STEP 2: Whilst sausages are cooking, whisk together mayonnaise and seeded mustard in a small bowl and set aside.
STEP 3: Once sausages are ready, open up the rolls, spread with mustard mayo, fill with rocket leaves and Vegie Delights Vegie Sausage, top with tomato chutney and serve.
