Technology and artificial intelligence are transforming cancer treatment in remarkable ways. Cure Cancer funds groundbreaking, world-first research projects that explore innovations like tumour mapping, which helps medical specialists understand exactly how each patient's cancer cells behave and respond to different treatments.
How does tumour mapping help cure cancer?
Personalised mapping optimises treatment efficacy, reduces time on ineffective therapies, and can potentially save lives.

The Challenge
Every 4 minutes, 1 Australian is diagnosed with cancer, and globally, 10 million die from it annually.
Groundbreaking research is essential, but less than 5% of early-career researchers received government funding from 2020-2022. And in 2023, funding was paused.
Without support, future breakthroughs are at risk, but funding early-career researchers secures a pipeline for future cancer research.
We also foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing to push research boundaries.
