Whites

St Hugo Signature Collection Eden Valley Chardonnay 2023: Produced in the ‘modern Australian’ style, this ‘cool climate’ Chardonnay is our latest release. Made from carefully selected Eden Valley vineyards, chosen for their ability to deliver fruit purity with a pristine acid line.

Orlando Steingarten Riesling 2012: Pale straw with hints of green colour. A delicate nose showing floral characters and lemon blossom. A subtle palate with restrained notes of lemon and lime, and a hint of water running over slate.

Reds

St Hugo Signature Collection Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2019: This flagship varietal made St. Hugo an Australian icon and our signature wine for over 35 years. Sourced from vineyards across the famous ‘terra rossa’ strip in Coonawarra, it is a consistent gold medal winner.

Orlando. Cellar 13BV Grenache 2020 Cellar 13 Barossa Valley Grenache is a modern Grenache that proves old vines can learn new tricks. Just like the Cellar 13 shed, this Grenache proves that it’s what’s on the inside that counts

With over twenty five years’ experience in the liquor industry, Katherine has worked in numerous roles including sales, marketing and wine education, across the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.

As the National Wine Specialist for Pernod Ricard Australia, she is responsible for hosting tastings for wine journalists, retailer buying panels, sommeliers and industry professionals. She sits on the tasting panel for Drinks Trade magazine and is the NSW committee representative for Wine Communicators of Australia. Katherine holds the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Educators Certificate and is responsible for the wine training of all Pernod Ricard Australia staff
