Cure Cancer's Quarterly Lunch & Learn Series

Cancer researchers working in the lab

About Cure Cancer

Since 1967, Cure Cancer has been dedicated to funding cutting-edge research across all cancer types, giving talented emerging scientists the opportunity to make an impact with their innovative and ground-breaking ideas.

Cancer researchers working in the lab

With the government's cancer research grant scheme paused in 2024, our mission is more crucial than ever to ensure opportunities for young and early-career scientists are not hindered.

Our aim is to fund as many emerging cancer researchers as possible to provide them with seed funding that will get their novel ideas off the ground.

We have kick-started over 560 cancer researcher careers, many of whom had global breakthroughs in cancer research, which include brain cancer, breast cancer, immunotherapy, pancreatic cancer and childhood leukaemia.

By working together, we can help fund the next breakthrough that families are waiting for.
