Jason’s journey
Thursday 25th Apr Jason was only 50 when he got the devastating news that he had terminal brain cancer after experiencing a seizure whilst working as a skipper on a boat. His mother Robyn recalls him retreating outside when he got the news & playing ACDC’s Highway to hell at top volume. The lyrics aptly described the journey he was about to embark on. 13 months later and after trying all the treatments available, which even involved going to Germany for the best treatment, lost his battle with this devastating cancer.
