Flat Bread

Ingredients

1 cup warm water (110 Fahrenheit)

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/3 cup vegetable oil

2 & 1/4 cup white flour

3/4 cup wholemeal flour

Pinch of salt
-
Thyme
Method
-
Combine ingredients and rest for 15 minutes
-
Portion for 12 pieces
-
Fry one by one until lightly golden
-
Serve warm
