Flat Bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water (110 Fahrenheit)

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 & 1/4 cup white flour

  • 3/4 cup wholemeal flour

  • Pinch of salt

  • Thyme

Method

  1. Combine ingredients and rest for 15 minutes

  2. Portion for 12 pieces

  3. Fry one by one until lightly golden

  4. Serve warm
