Salmon Pasta with Creme Fresh

Ingredients

  • Tagliatelle Pasta

  • 2-3 Cloves of Garlic

  • 1 Red Onion

  • 3 Salmon Fillets

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • Parsley

Method

  1. Put tagliatelle pasta in a saucepan with water, season and bring to the boil. Boil for 8-10 minutes.

  2. Wrap a filet of salmon in foil and bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

  3. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a frying pan, when hot, add garlic and fry until soft

  4. Cut 1 red onion into small strips and add to the frying pan. Cook until soft.

  5. When ready drain the pasta and add to the frying pan with the onions and garlic.

  6. Stir in 3-4 tablespoons of crème fresh.

  7. Flake the salmon and add to the mixture

  8. Season and add some parsley on top and serve
