With a background in both dietetics and sports science, Chris has worked extensively with individuals and teams across a variety of sports, helping them achieve peak performance through tailored nutritional strategies.

He is a passionate advocate for medical research and continually stays updated with the latest scientific advancements in sports nutrition. Chris is known for his practical and evidence-based approach, providing personalised advice that aligns with each athlete's unique needs and goals.
