The Great GameonCancer® Giveaway 2024 trade promotion
1. The trade promotion is run by Cure Cancer Australia Foundation (Cure Cancer). (ABN: 13 002 838 495 ACN: 002 838 495) Suite 6, Level 2, 189 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000
2. The trade promotion is open to Australian Residents only (excluding Western Australian residents), having entered the trade promotion as per point 4 entry requirements.
3. The trade promotion runs from 1 March 2024 00:01 AEDT until 31 March 2024 23:59 AEDT.
4. Entry Requirements:
a. Visit the trade promotion webpage at curecancer.com.au/gocgiveaway
b. Confirm your eligibility and agree to the terms and conditions
c. Donate $50 AUD or more to Cure Cancer using the donation form on the webpage
d. Enter and confirm your personal details
e. Process payment
5. Employees, officers, and contractors (and their Immediate Families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
6. Cure Cancer will draw and finalise all the winners and their prizes from 1 April 2024. The winners of the draw will be notified via email by 14 June 2024.
7. Delivery of all prizes to the winners will be completed before 28 June 2024 by Cure Cancer Australia Foundation or the supplier of the prize(s).
8. By entering, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and you will automatically be entered into the prize draw for a chance to win the following one fo the following prizes:

9. Trade promotion prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. Donations as part of this trade promotion are not tax deductible.
11. Winners are responsible for ensuring they can accept the prize(s) as set out in accordance with these terms and conditions. If they are unable to do so, Cure Cancer reserves the right to re-draw the prize.
12. Winners must provide, upon request, valid contact information including full name, address, and phone number to receive their prize, within 10 business days of being contacted as winners of the The Great Game On Cancer Giveaway 2024.
13. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during this time. However, if a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Cure Cancer reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the valid entries, as outlined within these terms and conditions, that were received before the closing date. Should your contact details change following your prize draw entry, it is your responsibility to notify Cure Cancer.
14.Cure Cancer shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this prize draw, or any associated activity.
15. Winners will be asked for consent for the use of their names, and likeness, by Cure Cancer for publicity purposes during this campaign. No other use of your personal information will be made without your prior written consent. Your personal information will be stored and handled in accordance with Cure Cancer’s privacy policy available at https://www.curecancer.com.au/privacy-policy. 16. On the occurrence of any event beyond the reasonable control of Cure Cancer, which prevents or significantly hinders their ability to proceed with the draw on the date and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism or changes to any applicable laws or regulations, Cure Cancer may in its absolute discretion cancel, pause or reschedule the trade promotion on the same conditions, subject to any legal requirements.
