About Adam

Celebrity chef Adam Moore regularly cooks up a storm on Studio 10, but there’s more to this man than pan-rattling. Adam is one of Australia’s top product developers – turning ideas into recipes and supervising their production, packaging and marketing. He has even created some of the barbecue-related sauces and condiments you’ll find in national supermarkets!

While he’s now regarded as one of the world’s top corporate chefs, in his youth Adam couldn’t decide whether to be a chef or a teacher. In his last years of high school, he attended technical college after hours to gain cooking qualifications. He opened a charity soup kitchen – earning a Commendation of the Order of Australia for community service at 18.

Adam worked his way up through the ranks in hospitality until he could set out on his own, running a restaurant chain in his home town and beyond. He’s also a qualified pastry chef, charcutier and butcher, food stylist and food photographer, as well as an in-demand international public speaker and MC.

This busy Aussie is currently working on his first cookbook, centred on his love of pork.
